Space Long-term Memory
1.Positioning
Spatial long-term memory simulates the long-term memory of the brain, and through the LLM capability, the key contents of the user's expression are extracted for storage and vectorisation. This feature aims to enhance the interaction capability and application value between the robot and the user. In particular, it has obvious advantages in continuous service, personalised experience and complex task processing.
Upgrading personalized services: Equipped with long-term memory, the robot can remember user profile information (e.g., name, occupation) & memory points (e.g., language style, frequently used functions), which facilitates the subsequent provision of customized responses and the establishment of anthropomorphic trust with users. For example, if a user frequently asks for ‘simple language’, the robot will autonomously adjust its output style during the subsequent interaction;
Improve task efficiency: Supports pause and resume for multiple rounds of complex tasks, and automatic recall of historical data (e.g., address, contact information, name) to avoid repeated provision by the user;
2.Functions
2.1 Collection and storage of long-term memory
2.1.1 Managing long-term memory of different users
Access to the Space Long-Term Memory through [Space Resource Library] - [Space Long-term Memory].

2.1.1.1 Viewing
Space long-term memory supports viewing long-term memory on a user dimension. Long-term memories of different robots and the same user share a common memory store, while long-term memories of different users are stored independently.

2.1.1.2 Batch Deletion
The ‘Batch Delete’ on the right side of the space long-term memory user page allows you to delete all the memories of multiple users in the space at one time, and the page cannot be viewed after the deletion.

2.1.2 Managing user profile & user memory point
2.1.2.1 Add user profile information
[Space Resource Library] - [Space Long-term Memory]-Click on the robot-Add(Supports both manual entry and upload import).

Manual Entry: Manual addition/deletion of user profile information, up to a maximum of 200 lines. Manually entered information supports configuration to all robots in the same space;

Upload Import: Supports batch import of user profile information according to the template, up to 200 lines. It supports the second customized deletion of the imported information before confirming the import.

2.1.2.2 Batch delete user profile information & user memory point information
[Space Resource Library] - [Space Long-term Memory]-Click on the robot-Batch Operation-Tick the information that needs to be deleted in bulk

2.2 Long-term memory in ordinary dialogue
2.2.1 Viewing
When long-term memory is turned on in the Bot settings, the ‘Long-term Memory Summary’ button automatically appears at the top left of the dialogue box.

Click on the button to view the dialogue log that is automatically summarised for the user. Displayed in days, in reverse chronological order, with specific times down to the second.

2.2.2 Quoting
Long-term memory is automatically vectorized after storage, and when the robot responds to a user prompt in the same round of the session, it will default to long-term memory retrieval and refer to the relevant content;

A new dialogue is created and long-term memory remains in effect.
