Space management
Space management
After each user creates an account, a space of their own will be generated synchronously, and robots are created in the user space.
Users can invite others to join their own space and use their own created robots. They can also accept others' invitations and use the robots created by others in their space.
Operation path: Click the "Space Management" button in the lower left corner to open "My Space" or select other people's space to enter, as shown below.

The space contains two pages, "Member Management" and "Bot Management".

1. Space roles
Each user's space has three roles: "space owner", "space manager", and "space member".
The user himself is automatically the "space owner", and the "space owner" can invite others to join the space and give them the role of "space manager" or "space member".

2. Member management - invite members
On the "Member Management" page, you can perform operations such as "Invite Members", "Permission Change", and "Delete Members".
Click Copy link to send an invitation to a team member, who can be invited to become an "administrator" or "member" of the space.
The invitee can open the link, click the "Confirm Joining" button, register or log in to Agent Studio, and then join the invitee's space.

Supports changing permissions of members in the space.

Support for publishers to invite members to use multiple/single agents in their space (full/partial management OR viewing).

3. Robot management - invite members
On the "Robot Management" page, you can perform "Invite Members" and "Remove Members" operations.
Note: Only one role, Space Member, is invited here.
The invitee opens the link, clicks the "Confirm Join" button, registers or logs in to CybotStar to join the invitee's space. At this time, the member already has the permission to view and edit the specified robot.

4. Space switch
Click on the "Space Name" in the upper left corner to bring up a drop-down menu and switch to the space you want to go to.
「New space」
Users can create other spaces based on their personal space. The name of the new space supports 50 characters, and the created space can also be deleted. The entrance to edit and delete spaces is in the "Space Management" on the lower left.

「Robot Migration」
Supports robot migration between different spaces.
Click "Migrate" with the mouse floating, and you can drop down in the pop-up window to select other spaces created by users other than this space.
1. Default migration content: Bot configuration (basic configuration, advanced configuration, rule configuration), exclusive knowledge base, exclusive dialogue flow.
2. Optional migration content: space knowledge base, space plug-in, space dialogue flow.

Robot Permission Configuration
Supports controllable permissions for robot-bound resources to distinguish the operation scope of different users.
In Space Management-Robot Management-Member List, you can adjust the "Robot Permission" configuration.
○ Fully manageable (by default, all resources of the robot are manageable).
○ Partially manageable (by default, exclusive resources are manageable, and can be configured by yourself).
○ Viewable only (by default, all resources of the robot are only viewable).
When the member's permission is "partially manageable", the permissions of the robot, knowledge base, conversation flow, and conversation history in the exclusive resources can be configured separately. You can also configure the permissions of the space knowledge base, space plug-in, and space conversation flow in the space resources separately.

5.Multi-space management
Robots can be categorised according to their functionality, for example, customer service robots, marketing robots, etc. can be divided into different spaces; or from the customer's point of view, robots belonging to different customers can be separated, which can be easily achieved through the creation of a multi-space, so as to effectively separate robots belonging to different categories.
At the same time, the migration of robots is supported. When a business scenario changes, you can use the migration function to quickly and accurately move the robot that originally served the project to another space where it is needed.
[+Create New Space]
Users can create a new space based on their personal space, and the name of the new space supports 50 characters, and the created space can also be deleted. The entrance to edit and delete a space is in ‘Space Management’ at the bottom left.

6.Role filtering & space exit
Robot and member management page supports role filtering and fuzzy search for other members in the space.
After inviting other users into your space, you can filter member roles in the drop-down box at the top right corner of the bot and member management page to see information about members with different identities; the input box on the right side supports fuzzy searching (enter some/all of the member's usernames).
When you are invited by other users to enter your space, you can filter roles and do fuzzy search in the bot management page.

Support to log out after being invited into the space by other users.
Click [Exit Robot] - [Confirm] to exit another user's space, and then you will lose the authority to manage and view the robots in the space.

After exit : no longer appear in the list of members, no management bot on the left side, you can switch back to your own space through the space.
